emailhtml.com allows you to create and update web pages using Outlook
Express, Hotmail, Yahoo mail, AOL and other email programs.
Outlook Express, in RICH TEXT HTML mode, is the best email program for
this purpose. Its text editor functions allow you to create your web
page with images, hyperlinks, different fonts, text colours, sound files
etc.
The pages you design using your email program are uploaded/dispatched
by your email program and the emailhtml.com robot converts them into
web pages.
emailhtml.com is the first product in the world to enable web publishing
to operate entirely within an email environment.
Content from other programs, such as Word and Excel, can be pasted into
an Outlook Express email to help create your web pages.

also provides you with Dynamic Java Script Code for each web page you
design, which can be added to any number of web pages. The contents

does handle pictures. To keep your web page quick to upload and to download
we recommend you make your pictures no bigger than 20K to 30K in size.

How
big a page or pages can I create:
To keep

limited the size of an email sent to emailhtml.com to 250K. This ensures

Can
I design a web page in Word:
Word can
be used to design your web page. When you have designed the page in
Word, click the right button of your mouse with the mouse pointer over
the page concerned. Then click on SELECT ALL in the drop down menu which
will appear. Click again using the right button of your mouse with the
mouse pointer over the page concerned. Click on COPY in the drop down
menu. Open up a NEW MAIL in Outlook Express, go to the FORMAT option
in the top line of the email screen. Select RICH TEXT (HTML) from the
drop down menu. Click in the body of the email (where you normally type).
Click the right button of your mouse. Click on PASTE in the drop down
menu. The contents of your Word document will be transferred. You will
need to use the INSERT, PICTURE option in Outlook Express to transfer
the images from the Word document to the same point in your Outlook
Express design.
You
need to know the size of your images. When you import an image into
your Word document you need to click the right button of your mouse
with the mouse pointer over the image concerned. Click on PROPERTIES
from the drop down menu. This will tell you the size of the image, what
type it is (jpg or gif) and its size in bytes: note 26345 = 27K. The
secret is to create a simple page in Word with a single example of a
feature you want to incorporate. Then go through the whole process of
pasting it into your email, dispatching the email and finaly reviewing
the resulting web page. When you are confident in the process, start
to expand your design.

Can
I design a web page using OUTLOOK EXPRESS:
OUTLOOK EXPRESS in Rich Text (Html) mode possesses the functionality
to create a web page with photographs, text formatting, background colours
or a tile. To create a table with prices and dates in rows and columns
it is easiest to design it in Word or another word processor. Paste
the design into your email and do any final editing within the email.
Alternatively, an existing table on the internet can be viewed and copied
from your web browser. Use the right button of your mouse to - Select
All - the content of the page. Copy and paste from the web browser into
your email and modify as required. Click

AOL MAIL
has a range of functions which allow you to add pictures, fonts, sizes
and colours to text, plus a range of formatting. However the scope is
not comparable with Outlook Express. AOL constantly upgrades its services
and will probably shortly match the HTML functions offered by other
email programs. (The limiting factor is your email program not the emailhtml.com

HOTMAIL has a range of functions comparable to Outlook Express (see
above). You have to be online to use Hotmail so you can copy and paste
using online resources gathered from your browser and then adapt the
content as required. emailhtml.com may be used on any computer. The
convenience of a Hotmail account when you are on the move has now been
extended to updating web pages by using the emailhtml.com service. An
example might be the owner of two holiday cottages who, while abroad,
could divert their emails to a Hotmail account and, by using emailhtml.com,
could now update availability, prices, late cancellation offers etc.

YAHOO MAIL has a range of functions comparable to Hotmail and Outlook

How
do I correct my mistakes:
There are
four options.
1. Word or other word processor - correct the mistake in your original
document and repeat the whole process.
2. Outlook Express - go to your Draft folder (we recommend you keep
a copy of your original email in the Draft folder for re-use and modification).
Select the contents of the email in the draft folder. Paste the contents
into a NEW EMAIL, edit it and send it off again.
3. Send a blank email to the emailhtml.com robot to create a blank page.
When you are ready to submit your new content it will replace the blank
page.
4. Send a blank email to the emailhtml.com robot and in the subject
line put in your " password:thepagename.htm:delete " - The
whole page (thepagename.htm) will be deleted.

do I remove signatures and adverts from the bottom of my emails:
The problems
you might encounter are as follows.
1. Virus checkers scan your email and then add a standard message.
2. www.incredimail.com
adds a link to it's website
3. Most free online email resources add an advert and link to your email.
At the
end of your email just add
:endemail
This command
will strip out anything in the email that your program tries to insert.

How
do I delete unwanted web pages:
Visit your
Control Panel and use the Web Map link to see a list of all the pages
you have created.
1. Send a blank email to the emailhtml.com robot and in the subject
line put in
your " password:thepagename.htm:delete " - The page
(thepagename.htm) will be deleted.
2. Return
to the Control Panel and view your Web Map (You may need to use the
REFRESH button) and you will see the page is no longer listed.

do I add pictures if I create a web page using Outlook Express:
When adding
a picture to an email in Outlook Express you need to select INSERT in
the top line menu. Look for the PICTURE... tag in the drop down menu
and the final options menu will appear. This final menu allows you to
pick the image you wish to use from your computer hard drive and inserts
it into the email.

You
need A FREE image editor. We recommend Irfan Skijan's - Irfan View -
www.irfanview.com
The program is only 808K and has every function you need to create those
big lean images to pop into your emails. A
search for "free image editors" on www.google.com
will give you useful alternatives.

does having a buddy's (helper's) email address help me:
The buddy email option can provide help from a friend. Your buddy, who
might be an existing emailhtml.com user, will receive a copy of all
the messages being sent to you by the emailhtml.com robot. If you make
a mistake your buddy will see the error information being provided and
will tell you how to put it right. You or your buddy can remove the
buddy option at any time.
Once the
buddy is signed off, you can reassign them as buddy, should you need
further assistance, using your control panel.

do I switch off my buddy's (helper's) email address:
To sign
off your buddy go to the home page of emailhtml.com. Click on ACCESS
MY ACCOUNTS. On your Control Panel look for the buddy email box. Click
the DISABLE BUDDY button. That's it!

my buddy (helper) disable/remove their email address:
A buddy
email address which the buddy has not authorised can easily be removed
by them. The buddy can use the Remove button at the bottom of the emails
they receive from the emailhtml.com robot. The robot will remove the
buddy email address.

will I know when my subscription is up:
The Emailhtml
robot will start to email you daily 7 days prior to the end of your
subscription period. At the end of 7 days your account becomes dormant
if you have not resubscribed. If you were away on holiday try accessing
your account as normal and, if it is still active, you will be able
to subscribe!

do I incorporate an emailhtml.com web page into an existing web advert
or website:
The Emailhtml robot provides a short line of Dynamic Java Script
code for each of the pages you design. This code can be placed with
in any number of web pages. The contents of your email will simultaneously
update the web page in question and anywhere this code has been used.
You can
also link to an emailhtml.com page using a straight link, for example
http://www.emailhtml.com/users/your-account/index.htm If this is done
within a frameset the source of the web page will not be readily apparent.
If you register a domain with a service such as www.freeparking.co.uk
and use http://www.emailhtml.com/users/your-account/index.htm as the
page to which your domain points, you will have a fully functional website.
Most
importantly it will be a website which you can create and update by
just using your email.

I cut and paste data from other Microsoft products into Outlook Express,
Hotmail and Yahoo mail:
Depending
on your expertise, data from other Microsoft products such as Excel
and Word can be incorporated into any web page that you design in Outlook
Express, Hotmail or Yahoo mail. emailhtml.com works extremely well when
you cut and paste from your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, whether
online or offline.

do I set Outlook Express so I have the maximum design options:
Firstly
select NEW MAIL in Outlook Express.Then look for VIEW which is a button
3rd from the left in the top bar. Make sure that all the options are
ticked ( Status Bar, Source Edit, Standard Buttons & Formating Bar).
If this is done correctly 3 tabs will appear at the bottom of emails
during editing, they are Edit, Source and Preview. If you know some
html or just use your common sense you will be amazed what you can achieve.

fast do my design changes get updated:
You send
off the email with your design and normaly an email is fast enough for
you not to notice a time delay. However at a busy time emails can take
a little longer to arrive. An advantage for the experienced user of
the system is that once the email has gone, you can move on to another
task knowing the update will proceed automatically.

The internet
work by having links between web pages on websites. So to link your
pages into the internet you have to get your web page address placed
on other websites. The webmaster can disguise the web address by putting
