 (OS: SS87.7/27.8)

Directions from the Motorway (M5):

Take exit 27 and follow A361 past Tiverton towards Barnstaple. Take Knowstone exit and pass through Roachhill till you meet B3227. Here you go right and straight left following signs to Oldways End, where you follow road winding through village till you get to East Anstey sign. At this point you have to take road signposted to Tarr Steps / Hawkridge. Go for 1-½ miles, Anstey Mills Cottages are on your left over a cattle grid at the bottom of a farm lane. (I will send you a detailed map, don't just rely on SatNav, it won't take you all the way).

Directions from Dulverton

Coming out of Dulverton cross the bridge over the river Barle (by Bridge Inn) and after 400 yards turn off right uphill via Hawkridge. Take second right turn still signposted Hawkridge and follow all the way up till you join other road at t-junction. Here go left and go along the top till 5-cross-ways (see Devon sign, you are right on the Somerset/ Devon border). Here turn left to East Anstey (not right to Hawkridge) and follow road past red brick farmhouse till you come to our Anstey Mills Cottages sign (which is the first right turning)... and again over the cattle grid and down the lane.

Before your arrival you can order shopping on-line through Riverford (boxes arive on Thursdays)  or Tesco to be delivered to our post code (TA22 9RZ) . But even better just stroll through lovely Dulverton where you have excellent quality shops from baker, butcher, deli, fruit and Veg shop to our new locally sourced farm shop.

Please let me know of your estimated arrival time and if you are getting delayed, so I can make sure to greet you.
