There are two groups of apartments - Apartments 1 - 8 on two floors fronting the lawn, each with a private patio or balcony; and Apartments 9 -12 all with private balconies.

Lounge/Diner with a large picture window and sea view. Door leading onto a private patio overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea view, leading to a small bedroom with bunk beds. Lounge has a double bed settee as alternative sleeping option, (can be left made up when folded away for day time use). Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.

Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower. An extra cot may be accommodated in these Apartments, in which case the tariff as for Apartment 12 will apply.

Lounge/diner with sea view and 2 sets of patio doors leading onto private balcony overlooking the bay.  Open plan kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one double bedroom with ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin, one twin bedroom, separate bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.  Lounge has a single sofa bed.

LINEN HIRE SERVICE £8.00 per person per week (Sheets/Duvet Covers & Pillowcases) All beds have duvets (or blankets if preferred).   Please bring your own towels/tea towels.

COTS - (As available) - No charge

Electricity £1 coin meter in accordance with standard tariffs (Approx £5 per week).

Oil Central Heating (out of season) included at no charge.

DOGS : ONLY by prior arrangement : £35.00 per week (one only per apartment - total number on site very limited at any one time so please check first).

DVD Player supplied at no charge (Video on request).
