All of our apartments face south with spectacular sea views overlooking the beautiful bay of Mevagissey.

	All apartments have panoramic views, their own patio furniture and are set in secluded cliff top gardens.
Fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout during winter months. Comfortably furnished and fully equipped including TV, DVD player, CD, radio, HiFi, microwave oven, hairdryer etc. Click on our 'Picture Gallery' for more pictures (on the menu on the left hand side of this page).

APARTMENT No 1 sleeps 4	Lounge/Diner with a large picture window and sea view. Door leading onto a private patio overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea view, leading to a small bedroom with bunk beds. Lounge has a double bed settee as alternative sleeping option, (can be left made up when folded away for day time use). Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.
APARTMENT No 2 sleeps 4	Lounge/Diner with sea view, and patio door leading onto a private balcony overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and sea view, leading to a small bedroom with bunk beds. Lounge has a single sofa bed as alternative sleeping option. Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.
APARTMENT Nos 3 & 4 sleeps 2 - 3	Lounge/Diner with sea view, and patio door leading onto a private patio or balcony overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed and sea view. Lounge has a single sofa bed. Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.
APARTMENT Nos 5 & 6 Apt 5 sleeps 4 - 5; Apt 6 sleeps 4	Lounge/Diner with sea view, and patio door leading onto a private patio or balcony overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a sea view. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge of Apt 5 only. Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.
APARTMENT Nos 7 & 8 sleeps 2	Lounge/Diner with sea view, and patio door leading onto a private patio or balcony overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed and side sea view Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower
APARTMENT Nos 9 & 10 sleeps 2	Lounge/Diner with sea view, patio door leading onto a private balcony overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. Bedroom with a 5ft zip-linked double bed which can be made into 2 single beds. Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower. An extra cot may be accommodated in these Apartments, in which case the tariff as for Apartment 12 will apply.
APARTMENT No 11 sleeps 4 - 5	Lounge/diner with sea view and 2 sets of patio doors leading onto private balcony overlooking the bay. Open plan kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one double bedroom with ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin, one twin bedroom, separate bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Lounge has a single sofa bed.
APARTMENT No 12 sleeps 2 - 3	Lounge/Diner with sea view, and patio door leading onto a private balcony overlooking the bay. Kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed. Lounge has a single sofa bed. Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.

Part week bookings accepted until 8 May and from 9 October @ approximately one fifth the weekly rate per day. Minimum charge 3 days unless late availability.

A minimum charge may apply for part week bookings over Bank Holiday weeks and October Half Term

LINEN HIRE SERVICE Ł8.00 per person per week (Sheets/Duvet Covers & Pillowcases) All beds have duvets (or blankets if preferred). Please bring your own towels/tea towels.

COTS - (As available) - No charge

Electricity Ł1 coin meter in accordance with standard tariffs (Approx Ł5 per week).

Oil Central Heating (out of season) included at no charge.

DOGS : ONLY by prior arrangement : Ł35.00 per week (one only per apartment - total number on site very limited at any one time so please check first).

DVD Player supplied at no charge (Video on request).
