Galleons Way is a spacious detached 4 bedroomed property sleeping 7/8 people, with outstanding sea views across Mevagissey Bay, situated in a large secluded garden. It is a 5 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. in Mevagissey, and a 7 minute walk from the sandy beach at Portmellon with pub and free public slipway. (4 minute walk from Treloen Holiday Apartments).

On a level approach from the drive, all the living accommodation is on one level, with a large games room below.

The front porch leads to the hall, off which is the spacious lounge with dining area, a lovely light room, very comfortably furnished and equipped with 42" LCD TV (freeview channels), DVD player, Video, CD HiFi, and doors to 2 separate balconies overlooking the bay. Superb sea and coastal views. Small ‘snug’ room with TV.  Books, games, tourist information literature and video library.   

                            

    

 

 

 

A brand new kitchen has just been fitted, and is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven, hob, fridge/freezer; washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

2. Deposit of £200 per week required (made payable to Treloen Holiday Apartments)
3. Security deposit required for non family bookings and larger groups.

 4.  No more than 8 people (including babies) may be accommodated. Sorry No Pets, and No Smoking indoors.
