(4 minute walk from Treloen Holiday Apartments).

On a level approach from the drive, all the living accommodation is on one level, with a large games room below.

The front porch leads to the hall, off which is the spacious lounge with dining area, a lovely light room, very comfortably furnished and equipped with 42" LCD TV (freeview channels), DVD player, Video, CD HiFi, and doors to 2 separate balconies overlooking the bay. Superb sea and coastal views. Small ‘snug’ room with TV. Books, games, tourist information literature and video library.

A brand new kitchen has just been fitted, and is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven, hob, fridge/freezer; washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms each with double bed and fine sea and coastal views; and 2 bedrooms each with one 3ft bed and one 2’6” bed.

2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, and one with a shower over the bath; additional cloakroom with 3rd toilet.

Games room area with pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, childrens toys and games etc.

A large enclosed garden surrounds the property with lawns and patio, BBQ, garden furniture, and sea views.

Parking for several cars and small boat.

1. Bookings commence from 3.30 pm and end not later than 10 am. Please call at Treloen Holiday Apartments for the key.
2. Deposit of Ł200 per week required (made payable to Treloen Holiday Apartments)
3. Security deposit required for non family bookings and larger groups.

4. No more than 8 people (including babies) may be accommodated. Sorry No Pets, and No Smoking indoors.
